Under the agreement, Dril-Quip will provide subsea wellhead systems, subsea tree systems, subsea control systems and other equipment to SKK's Terang Sirasun Batur (TSB) gas fields project.
The value of the deal is $40 million.
Upstream reported a year ago that Dril-Quip faced competition from OneSubsea, GE Oil & Gas and Proserv for the TSB subsea work.
Dril-Quip supplied the subsea trees for phase one of the Terang project, while Proserv supplied the controls system for this phase.
