Dudley said in a keynote speech that recent new frontiers and sources of supply are opening up all around the world, namely shale gas, tight gas and deep-water gas, that will help meet increasing demand for clean energy.
Asia will account for the lion's share of demand growth, he added.
"The challenge is that the world's energy demand is projected to grow by around 35% by 2035.
