While revenue increased by 31% over 2002, net income was negative due to goodwill impairments, the reversal of an international sale and inventory writedowns, the company said.
It added: "Although the performance is unacceptable, the operational improvements in each division depict a clear turnaround in the business units, which are better positioned to take advantage of the strengthening exploration and production environment."
