Ithaca revealed on Friday the vessel had departed the Remontowa shipyard in Gdansk, Poland, following the completion of a planned inclination test.
It has now been moved to a deep-water location off the coast of Gdansk for final marine system trials which will take place over the course of next week.
Once the trials are complete, Ithaca said the FPF-1 would then be towed to the Stella field where the company is expecting to start production from the Great Stella Area hub in about three months.
