The Norwegian subsidiary of vessel operator GulfMark Offshore has taken delivery of an Arctic class platform supply vessel from Simek Shipyard.
GulfMark Norge took delivery of the North Barents which comes equipped with DNV clean design, winterised, ice class, and oil recovery notations.
The dynamically positioned vessel was built by Simek in Flekkefjord, Norway for Nkr360 million ($43.1 million) and has accommodation for 40 persons.
