Heugh was pursuing legal action against the company he co-founded to prevent it from removing him as a director after the board fired him from the top job the previous month.
The injunction would have prevented Central from considering his removal at any general meeting until separate court action dealing with his termination was completed.
Heugh was ordered to pay Central’s court costs.
