The sub-surface consultancy, formerly named Aker Geo, will provide geological expertise and seismic interpretation services through a team deployed at Inpex’s local office in Oslo to support the latter’s in-house exploration team.
Inpex Norway’s general manager Hitoshi Okamura said “working with First Geo allows us to speed up our early-phase establishment on the NCS, which makes this co-operation important to us”.
