KBR completes M W Kellogg acquisition

KBR chief executive William Utt said MWKL had played a key role in defining the company’s reputation in the LNG and other hydrocarbons markets.

“The opportunity to consolidate our ownership of MWKL fits KBR's long-term strategy to enhance the range, flexibility and efficiency of KBR's LNG and hydrocarbons offerings to our customers," he said.

MWKL would continue its work in Greenford and would complement KBR’s existing Leatherhead operations in the United Kingdom, the company said in an announcement.
