The programme reinforces and promotes safe work behaviour through effective observation and intervention by supervisors and is the latest initiative by the yard in its drive to achieve an incident-free work environment, Keppel said.
Keppel Shipyard currently has over 10,000 workers on its daily roster.
Keppel customers such as ExxonMobil, SBM, Shell, Prosafe, Woodside, Petrobras and others are also actively involved in the yard’s safety programme.
