Lamprell Oil & Gas has become the sole owner of Nemmoco, which has upstream interests in Slovenia.
Lamprell will begin an initial work-over programme beginning in April in the 35-acre Slovenian field that includes parts of the Petisovsci and Dolina fields near the boarders of Croatia and Hungary.
The field development is being undertaken in conjunction with Calgary-based partner Loon Energy, which has a 35% stake in the field.
