The loan will also be used to perform maintenance on existing assets.
Subsidiary Cati Operating will partner up with Lonestar Resources US to drill and complete wells in the play, beginning with the Cyclone #9H and the Cyclone #10H. Cati holds an 8% working interest in those wells.
The agreement with Lonestar covers more than 1450 gross acres, and Lucas' working interest will range from 8% to 14%.
