Uk-based Marginal Field Development Company (MFDevCo) has entered into a collaboration agreement with the Singaporean subsidiary of China Oilfield Services Ltd (COSL).
MFDevCo said the collaboration agreement with jack-up drilling rig operator COSL Drilling Pan Pacific Ltd (CDPL) would allow it to secure projects more cost-effectively, earlier and with less upfront capital.
The agreement allows MFDevCo to work on a “one stop shop” basis with CDPL, as a marginal field delivery consortium partner.
