Molopo initially announced plans to sell the stake as part of a strategic review completed in April last year, following a shareholder meeting that saw a revamp of the company board.
The company had initially aimed to complete the process by the end of the 2011 calendar year, but this was extended to the first quarter of 2012 as the company continued its search “to ensure delivery of the best value outcome for shareholders.”
