The company, which is in liquidation, received notice of its delisting yesterday.
PetroProd said that the Bors told it that it was of "the opinion that [PetroProd] will no longer be able to comply with its continuing obligations as a listed company, and therefore is not suitable for listing".
PetroProd said in a statement released this afternoon that it acknowledges the Bors' decision and accepts the delisting of its shares from trading on Oslo Axess.
