The medium range tankers, with a deadweight tonnage of 45,000 tonnes each, will be chartered by Kingfish to Petrobras, OSX said in an announcement.
The vessels will be built at the Acu shipbuilding unit in partnership with Hyundai from 2013, with the ships set to be delivered regularly from 2014 to 2017.
The announcement came as Brazilian logistics operator Wilson Sons announced it would supply Petrobras with four platform supply vessels, all to be delivered by 2015.
