According to documents filed in US District Court, Tyler Porter took 171 shape charges from a Williston magazine operated by Go Wireline in April after cutting the locks with a blowtorch.
Prosecutors say he repeated the act the following month, taking 29 shape charges and a 500-foot roll of 80-grain cord from a Pioneer Wireline Services magazine, near where the other theft took place.
