Raisma will raise an initial A$4.5 million through a two tranche placement of about 50 million fully paid ordinary shares to institutional and sophisticated investors.
The placement is priced at A$0.09 per share which represents an 18.2% discount to Tuesday’s closing price of A$0.11 per share.
In addition to the placement, Raisama also announced on Wednesday it would make an offer to existing shareholders to participate in a share purchase plan, which would also be priced at A$0.09
