Rawson subsidiary Rawson Taranaki will hold operating 50% stakes in the PEP 52676, PEP 52589 and PEP 53674 licence areas, with Zeanco holding the remaining 50% in all three.
All three permits have been granted for five years.
The 99,760 hectare PEP 52676 permit area, in the north east of the South Island, targets the Blenheim block in New Zealand’s East Coast basin.
