The HiLoad technology has a wide range of application, and can be deployed for offshore loading of crude oil and turret mooring of floating storage and offloading units and floating production, storage and offloading vessels, as well as a mobile propulsion/DP system for other vessels or semi-submersible rigs.
Remora said it is confident that it will secure a contract for the vessel and it has its eye on works in the Gulf of Mexico, South America and West Africa.
