The listing for YPF, which quotes on Argentina's Merval index, will create another platform to trade YPF shares but does not imply any stake sales or issues by YPF's shareholders.
"YPF's board agreed to seek a quotation for the company on the Latibex at a recent board meeting. The idea is to give YPF more visibility in the markets," a Repsol spokesman told Reuters.
