Silver Hill controls 41,000 net acres in the Delaware sub-basin of the Permian in West Texas in Loving and Winkler counties and currently produces about 15,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day from 58 wells.
"This transaction creates a compelling growth platform with the highest quality assets in the core of both the Midland and Delaware basins that each exhibit strong returns and have substantial combined upside," RSP chief executive Steve Gray said.
