Stallion said it expected to produce about 200,000 cubic feet of natural gas per day at normalised flows from the well , which is thought to tap reserves of about 262 million cubic feet.
The company said a total of 50 wells would be drilled initially in its area of mutual interest covering properties in both Louisiana and Mississippi, in which Stallion holds a 30% gross interest.
