Aspokesperson for the Abu Dhabi-headquartered operator told Upstream the explorerwould begin re-manning the affected platform “as soon as logistically possible”,adding that Taqa Bratani now expected to have North Cormorant fully staffed bythe end of the week.
The explorer said early on Sunday it had been forced toairlift non-essential crew off the North Cormorant after a suspected gas leak,and later halted output on the two neighbouring facilities as a precautionarymeasure.
