The study of the 1500 kilometre pipeline, which will carry 30 billion cubic metres of gas per year from Turkmenistan's monster Dovletabad field through Afghanistan to central Pakistan, was being paid for by a grant from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
However, the meeting between the petroleum ministers of the three countries in October was cancelled and the next meeting is expected to be convened by the first week of December, a senior government official told the PPI news agency.
