Inbdonesia's Minister of Energy & Mineral Resources Sudirman Said confirmed the Pase Block was to be managed by Triangle's joint venture partner Perusahaan Daerah Aceh Development (PDPA), a company owned by the Aceh local government, with Triangle to be appointed operator for a term of 20 years.
Triangle said it was the first foreign company to form a joint venture with the Acehnese government to operate an oil and gas field.
