Vallianz is looking to make its first entry into the Indonesian OSV market by buying Swiber's 49% stake in PT Swiber Berjaya (PTSB) for US$17.5 million.
PTSB operates 18 OSVs, consisting of mainly anchor handling tug vessels, anchor handling tug supply vessels, flat top barges and accommodation work barges.
The company is also planning to add another four vessels to its fleet, according to Vallianz.
