The acquisition includes a fresh water delivery and storage system and a saltwater water gathering and disposal system. Altogether, the assets comprise 62 miles of pipeline connecting associated fresh water ponds and disposal wells.
In addition, Whiting entered a five-year water service contract and nine-year gathering and disposal contract with an undisclosed minimum volume commitment. Whiting also dedicated 148K of its Redtail acreage to the system.
