Aberdeen daily newspaper the Evening Express reported on Thursday the worker was airlifted by a Bond helicopter and taken to the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary in Scotland.
The Tiffany platform lies 155 miles north-east of Aberdeen and handles production from the Tiffany, Toni and Themla fields in the North Sea.
Oil from the fields is exported via a short link to the Brae – Forties oil pipelines and onward to shore at Cruden Bay in North-East Scotland.
