The UK-based company, which currently operates the field with a 100% stake, is also in discussions with potential farm-in partners and this week signed a collaboration deal with Statoil and EnQuest for sharing of a common gas import pipeline on their respective Bressay and Kraken fields nearby.
It follows a deal signed earlier this year by Xcite with Statoil and Bressay partner Shell for sharing of technical and operational data, also with the possibility of sharing infrastructure.
