The Houston-based company violated its conditional approval for the Bartolowits pad at Ninilchik when it failed to submit meter calibration and performance reports to the Alaska Oil & Gas Conservation Commission between August 2014 and December 2015.

The company was fined $20,000 for not calibrating the meter at the pad and $10,000 for not submitting the reports.

In May 2016 Hillcorp was fined $20,000 when it used a blowout preventer (BOP) to shut down a well in early 2015.
