ExxonMobil plans to gather 3D seismic data over its deep-water Erha and Erha North fields off Nigeria.
Data acquired during the planned survey in OML 133 will be incorporated into a 4D model the supermajor has been building on the two fields in an effort to enhance production and reservoir management.
This survey is set to start by the end of this year and cover more than 280 square kilometres in waters depths between 900 and 1300 metres.
