France’s Total has handed out the remaining contracts for the $1 billion early production phase at the Absheron development in the Caspian Sea off Azerbaijan, writes Kama Mustafayeva.
The operator awarded a subsea umbilical, riser and flowline contract to a consortium of Saipem subsidiary Saipem Contracting Netherlands, Bos Shelf and the Star Gulf alliance for development of the Absheron field.
