Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Operations (Adco) has opened price bids from up to seven contractors for the nearly $3 billion Bab integrated facilities job aimed at expanding the large development’s production by nearly 10% to 450,000 barrels per day.
Upstream was told that a contract is expected soon, and there were suggestions, albeit unconfirmed so far, that Spain’s Intecsa Industrial may have put in the lowest bid.
