Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) is set to invite bids within weeks for four substantial engineering, procurement and construction contracts related to its Hail & Ghasha offshore sour gas project that together are expected to be worth more than $9 billion.
Upstream was told that Adnoc has already completed its shortlisting process for two of the packages on offer and is expected to issue tender documents within weeks.
