Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) has invited contractors to signal interest in key engineering, procurement and construction packages for its multi-billion dollar Hail & Ghasha offshore sour gas development project.
Project observers told Upstream that Adnoc is seeking expressions of interest from dozens of leading onshore and offshore EPC players as it initiates a screening process aimed at shortlisting contractors for multiple contracts.
