Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) has issued tender documents to a select group of contractors for front-end engineering and design work at its giant Hail and Ghasha offshore sour gas field development.
Two sources close to the tender process confirmed that the much-awaited tender has been launched by Adnoc subsidiary Al Hosn Gas, which is carrying out the tender process on behalf of the state-owned giant.
