ADX said the government had awarded it Block d363 CR-AX, which is on trend with its offshore Tunisia Kerkouane permit and adjacent to its existing Italian Block d364 CR-AX.
The area would allow relatively small discoveries to be commercially developed, said ADX, due to the shallow water depths and excellent fiscal regime in Italy.
