In the near term, AED is preparing to start a 3D seismic survey over the shut-in Jerudong oilfield on Block L in the third quarter, which it expects will highlight additional oil targets that could be in production within two years.
The 130-square kilometre West Jerudong shoot is intended to accurately map the known fault blocks, and to identify additional potential oil prospects.
