The acquisition comprises a 47.96% operating stake in Block CI-11, an 80% interest in Block CI-01 and a 100% holding in the onshore Lion gas plant.
The assets bring with them total current net production of about 5200 barrels of oil equivalent per day consisting of oil, gas and natural gas liquids, plus net proven and probable reserves of about 28 million boe.
