At least $130 million is expected to be invested in exploration. Companies awarded contracts are Sinopec and CNPC of China, Amerada Hess, Statoil, Repsol/Gas Natural, Petroceltic of Ireland and BHP/Woodside of Australia. The last award is with reservations.
