The reshuffle will put all of its yards and research and development centres under one roof —CIMC Offshore Engineering Holdings.
The process is being spearheaded by Yu Ya, who has been nominated as president of CIMC Offshore Engineering Holdings and will also retain his chairmanship at Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore (CIMC Raffles), a role he took on in 2011.
However, Yu will step down as president of CIMC Raffles.
