"The idea is to go public on the [UK's]Alternative Investment Market within 18 months," said Amni managing director Tunde Afolabi.
Amni holds 60% operatorship of OMLs 112 and 117, alongside Total's 40% stake contiguous acreage that Afolabi now wants to unify as one licence off Rivers State and Akwa Ibom.
The Ima oil and gas field is at the western end of the licence.
