Australian joint venture partners Santos and AWE have piqued the interest of the floating production, storage and offloading sector by starting a new pre-qualification exercise for the Ande Ande Lumut oil project off Indonesia.
The project was put on hold earlier this year due to the low oil price environment, and a revised final investment decision was set down for the second half of 2016, with first oil planned in 2018.
