Brooke Dockyard & Engineering Works is preparing for the sailaway of the topsides for national upstream company Petronas Carigali’s Anjung gas field development off its native Malaysia.
Load-out of the topsides on to the barge POE Giant 21 was planned to start around the time Upstream went to press.
The operation will involve a distance of up to 101 metres into the middle of Sarawak River on which Brooke’s Sejingkat yard is located.
