Saudi Aramco is swiftly moving ahead with the tender process for three huge packages that will form a crucial part of its Marjan incremental development project and together could be worth upwards of $6 billion, writes Nishant Ugal.
The three offshore packages were offered last year and are expected to be awarded by middle of this year.
Bids for the Marjan offshore packages are likely to be submitted within days and the technical evaluation could be carried by Aramco in March.
