Saudi Aramco has launched a massive multiple tender process for its huge Marjan incremental development project, with the offshore packages together touted to be worth upwards of $7 billion.
Project observers told Upstream that Aramco issued tender documents this month to short-listed players for at least three key engineering, procurement and construction packages, following a pre-qualification exercise that started earlier this year.
