Chinese offshore contractor China Oilfield Services Ltd (COSL) has won deals to charter two of its jack-up rigs for operations at Saudi Aramco-operated fields in the Middle East.
Industry officials said the COSL Gift and COSL Strike are now both on five-year charter contracts, each of which has a one-year extension option.
The COSL Strike contract will start in October this year, while that for the COSL Gift will follow a month later.
