The race for a contract to provide Brazilian operator Petrobras with a medium-sized floating production, storage and offloading vessel to operate in the Parque das Baleias complex in the Campos basin is heating up, with at least three contractors said to be preparing bids, write Fabio Palmigiani and Xu Yihe.
Petrobras is set to receive commercial offers in the tender on 28 January 2019, after pushing back the deadline from the most recent target of 10 December.
