Australian company AGL has pushed back the expected date of first gas from its proposed Crib Point liquefied natural gas import terminal in Victoria, writes Josh Lewis.
AGL had previously indicated the LNG import terminal could be up and running by 2021, however late last week it revealed it now expects first gas in the second half of 2022.
It was also revealed that AGL would switch out the floating storage and regasification unit to be supplied by Norwegian company Hoegh LNG for the development.
