US private player Hilcorp’s output in New Mexico’s San Juan basin suffered from severe winter conditions in the period from January to April this year amid a lower natural gas price environment, writes Julia Martinez.
The atypical weather conditions, Hilcorp reported to the San Juan Basin Royalty Trust, had a direct impact on production and affected physical access to well sites and facilities as well as maintenance and transportation.
